Welcome to Achordim by The Faith Sound. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Achordim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Achordim is a web and mobile application for creating, editing, transposing, and sharing chord charts and lyrics for worship and music purposes. Features include:
- Chord chart creation, editing, and formatting
- Automatic chord transposition with capo support
- Chord extraction from scanned images (using device camera)
- Multiple display modes: Chords, Nashville Numbers, Roman Numerals, Lyrics Only
- Live session broadcasting with multiple roles (Leader, Controller, Singer, Presenter)
- Song library management with songbook organization (books/folders)
- Public song sharing with reviewer approval workflow
- Metronome with multiple time signatures (4/4, 3/4, 6/8, 2/2, 3/8, 5/4, 7/8, 12/8)
- Audio ambient pad player in all 12 keys with HD option
- Follow Arrangement mode for section-based navigation
- Print, export, and A4 page preview with font control
- Offline song caching for use without internet
- Multi-language support (English, Hebrew, Russian) with RTL layout
- Pinch-to-zoom on mobile for song preview
- Dark and light theme modes
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans
Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions as displayed in the app, including limited chart extractions.
Basic Plan: Extended features with higher usage limits for individual musicians.
Pro Plan: Full access to all features including unlimited extractions, live sessions, and song storage for worship teams and professionals.
Book Plan: Specialized plan for songbook management and publishing needs.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using Achordim. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share any lyrics or content you upload. When submitting songs for public sharing, you confirm you have the rights to share that content publicly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the service
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions
- Use the service to spam or harass others
- Misuse the public song sharing or review system
7. Intellectual Property
The Achordim service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by The Faith Sound. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
8. Live Sessions
When using live session features:
- Session leaders are responsible for the content shared in their sessions
- Session codes should only be shared with intended participants
- Different roles (Leader, Controller, Singer, Presenter) have different levels of access
- We are not responsible for how participants use shared content
9. Third-Party Services
Achordim relies on the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): User authentication, real-time database, and hosting
- PayPal: Subscription payment processing
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Achordim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Chord extraction results may vary in accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Faith Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Faith Sound operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- נגן פדים אמביינט אודיו בכל 12 הטונים עם אפשרות HD
- מצב מעקב אחר סידור לניווט מבוסס סקשנים
- הדפסה, ייצוא ותצוגה מקדימה בעמוד A4 עם שליטה בגופן
- שמירת שירים מקומית לשימוש ללא אינטרנט

3. חשבונות משתמש
כדי לגשת לתכונות מסוימות, עליכם ליצור חשבון באמצעות Google Sign-In. אתם אחראים על:
- שמירה על אבטחת החשבון שלכם
- כל הפעילויות המתבצעות תחת החשבון שלכם
- הודעה לנו על כל שימוש בלתי מורשה
4. תוכניות מנוי
תוכנית חינמית: תכונות מוגבלות עם הגבלות שימוש כפי שמוצגות באפליקציה, כולל חילוץ מוגבל.
תוכנית Basic: תכונות מורחבות עם מגבלות שימוש גבוהות יותר למוזיקאים בודדים.
תוכנית Pro: גישה מלאה לכל התכונות כולל חילוץ ללא הגבלה, הפעלות חיות ואחסון שירים לצוותי סגידה ומקצוענים.
תוכנית Book: תוכנית מיוחדת לניהול ופרסום ספרי שירים.
ניתן לבטל מנויים בכל עת. החזרים מטופלים על בסיס פרטני.
5. תוכן משתמש
אתם שומרים על הבעלות על התוכן שאתם יוצרים באמצעות Achordim. בשימוש בשירות שלנו, אתם מעניקים לנו רישיון מוגבל לאחסן ולהציג את התוכן שלכם כנדרש לספק את השירות.
אתם אחראים לוודא שיש לכם את הזכות להשתמש ולשתף כל מילים או תוכן שאתם מעלים. בעת הגשת שירים לשיתוף ציבורי, אתם מאשרים שיש לכם את הזכויות לשתף תוכן זה באופן ציבורי.
6. שימוש מקובל
אתם מסכימים שלא:
- להשתמש בשירות למטרה בלתי חוקית
- להעלות קוד זדוני או לנסות לפרוץ לשירות
- להפר זכויות קניין רוחני של אחרים
- לשתף את פרטי החשבון שלכם עם אחרים
- לנסות לעקוף מגבלות שימוש או הגבלות
- להשתמש בשירות לספאם או להטריד אחרים
- לעשות שימוש לרעה במערכת שיתוף השירים הציבורית או מערכת הסקירה
7. קניין רוחני
שירות Achordim, כולל העיצוב, התכונות והקוד, הוא בבעלות The Faith Sound. אינכם רשאים להעתיק, לשנות או להפיץ את השירות שלנו ללא אישור.
8. הפעלות חיות
בעת שימוש בתכונות הפעלה חיה:

Achordim מסתמך על שירותי צד שלישי הבאים:

השימוש שלכם בשירותים אלה כפוף לתנאים ומדיניות הפרטיות שלהם בהתאמה.
10. הסרת אחריות
Achordim מסופק "כמות שהוא" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. אנו לא מבטיחים שהשירות יהיה רציף, נקי משגיאות או יעמוד בדרישות הספציפיות שלכם. תוצאות חילוץ אקורדים עשויות להשתנות בדיוק.
11. הגבלת אחריות

13. סיום
